Favorite Recipes from Ken Fernald and His Friends

Ken is collecting favorite recipes from his friends and community to be published in a beautiful spiral bound cookbook. Each recipe that is selected will show the name of the contributor. These personalized cookbooks make great gifts, since they'll have your own recipes published in it. Your friends and family will especially enjoy it and have a treasured keepsake for years to come.

How to submit a recipe:
Be sure to put a title on your recipe. Use only one recipe per form. If the recipe is too long, staple two forms together. Include the ingredients, directions and your name. Include any special historical or family details that makes the recipe special to you.

US Postal mail: just print your favorite recipe on the back of this recipe form (PDF format).
